Parking...

Although we do not have parking spaces to assign, there are numerous parking options available for our Tenants. 
The city of Denver has developed an excellent website - WWW.EXPERIENCEDOWNTOWNDENVER.COM.

When you visit the site, you need to select "PUBLIC Directory" and when the next page is displayed,
 "click 'P' on the legend to view every parking option in downtown Denver. 

Drag the map to our specific location (we are on Sherman Street in between 16th and Colfax)
and you can see what is closest to the building - you will receive information on rates, restrictions (if any)
and contact information to check availability. 

NOTE: We are in no way affiliated with any of these lots and therefore make no representations as to
their availability or rates. It is imperative that you call the parking operators directly to verify this.

In addition to your option to purchase a parking permit, there are also on-street metered spaces available.
These meters are free of charge if you are parking on the weekdays before 9 am, after 6 pm or on the weekends. 
 These spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. In our experience on most days of the year
a metered parking space can be found within 150 yards of the front door. (Before 9am and after 6pm, weekends
